This spectacular futuristic silver plate bangle bracelet by Nelly Biche de Bere, Paris features a chunky massive oversized cuff shape with a graffiti design. The intricate design has stylized characters with carved and see-thru patterns. The engraving on the inside reads: "Nelly Biche de Bere" and is also marked "31/289" because this bracelet is a limited edition.

Graduated from the École Supérieure de Design Industrielle in Paris and the Pratt Institute in New York, having exhibited in Parisian and New York museums, she was an industrial designer in New York for seven years before creating her company in 1993. 
Thanks to the design, the quality, and the originality, the jewelry collections quickly met with success. Biche de Bere opened several stores in Paris and France, then in the United States (New York and Los Angeles). 
The company opened its manufacturing plant in France in 1994 to supply the brand stores.
The brand has up to 34 stores in France and 46 abroad. The brand also completed its offer with a line of women's clothing in 1999.
Subject to financial difficulties from 2006 due to poor management, the company, employing 180 employees, was placed in legal redress in April 2007, then put into compulsory liquidation by the Nantes Commercial Court with immediate termination of the activity.
