This is a gorgeous, extra-long pin brooch designed by the French jewelry artist Henry Perichon (also known as Henry). The brooch features an elongated Renaissance-inspired shape with ornate details such as simulated pearls, colorful poured glass cabochons, and crystal stones. The back of the brooch is signed by the artist and it has a secure closing clasp.

 

 

Note: Henry Perichon, also known as "Henry," was a highly innovative jewelry designer during his lifetime (1910 - 1970). Based in Lyon, his studio worked with various mediums such as bronze, silver, white metal, and Talosel resin. Henry's designs showcased an eclectic mix of influences, ranging from Ancient, Medieval, and Renaissance to Baroque and Art Deco. Notably, his exquisite creations were adorned by several famous actresses from the 1950s and 1960s, including Claudette Colbert, Suzanne Flon, Michele Morgan, and Edwige Feuillere, both on stage and in their personal lives.
