This stunning, large silver mirror glass picture frame features a separate mirrored glass base with beveling all around, supporting a mirrored glass sheet with a reverse etched antique galleon sailing boat. The piece was expertly crafted in France circa 1940. The design is adorned with frosted sails, and there is space for a picture view, also ornate with reverse etching around the photograph window. The photo frame has a clear glass back to enclose the photograph and protect the design. There is no visible maker's mark.
