This stunning modernist decorative covered box was designed by Giacomo Sinopoli and crafted by Liwan's Rome in 1970. The piece features a large rectangular shape on a chromed metal base, a substantial gilded bronze lid adorned with a geometric striped pattern and black enamel, and a black Lucite interior. The box is marked on the underside with a sticker reading Roma—Made in Italy.
