Line Vautrin designed a stunning brooch pin in the 1950s using Talosel or resin. The piece boasts a unique, freeform shape made of black Talosel and adorned with cobalt blue mirrored glass. Vautrin's technique involved working with cellulose acetate that was shattered into small pieces and then molded with heat to create Talosel. The creation process of Talosel jewelry was intricate, involving several steps such as making and coloring mirrors, molding Talosel, and integrating smaller mirror fragments.
