A rare and exceptional lighting piece by the renowned French atelier Maison Charles, this tall table lamp exemplifies mid-century elegance and masterful craftsmanship. The piece was expertly crafted in France circa 1960.
The lamp features a commanding black enameled square column, meticulously inlaid with gilded brass detailing that adds architectural depth and visual richness. Atop the column rests a rounded brass bowl, artfully filled with hand-cut crystal fruits, each adorned with finely sculpted brass stems and leaves—a signature Maison Charles motif that evokes both opulence and organic grace and brings beauty to its architectural form.
Though not signed, the design and execution are unmistakably Maison Charles. The lamp retains its original black shade, enhancing its dramatic silhouette and preserving its authenticity.
A true collector's piece, ideal for connoisseurs of French design and refined interiors.
