This fabulous polished brass swivel picture frame is mid-century modern and in the style of Paul Lobel (1899 - 1983). The frame swivels and is double-sided. It dates from the 1950s, but its chic and classic design remains modern and timeless. It makes a great desk accessory, console frame, or bedroom addition. There is no visible maker's mark.
