H. J. Swiss Pewter designed this stunning Art Deco embossed polished pewter centerpiece or covered dish in the 1940s. The soup tureen features an elegant modernist shape in polished pewter with a detailed embossed design and solid wood handles. The marking underside has the Eagle or Phoenix head emblem and "H.J. - Swiss - Pewter."
